  • General Tasks:

    1. Dust and wipe down all surfaces: Including shelves, countertops, and baseboards.
    2. Vacuum and mop all floors: Paying special attention to corners and edges.
    3. Clean and dust light fixtures and ceiling fans.
    4. Clean and wipe down doors, door frames, and handles.
    5. Clean and dust blinds or curtains.
    6. Remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings.

  • Kitchen:

    1. Clean inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers: Remove any food crumbs or residue.
    2. Clean and disinfect countertops and backsplash.
    3. Clean and degrease stove, oven, and range hood: Including burner grates and oven racks.
    4. Clean and disinfect sink and faucet: Remove limescale and polish stainless steel.
    5. Clean exterior of kitchen appliances: Including refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.
    6. Empty and clean inside of garbage and recycling bins.
    7. Clean and wipe down kitchen table and chairs.

  • Bathroom(s):

    1. Clean and disinfect toilet: Including base, behind, and around hinges.
    2. Scrub and disinfect shower, bathtub, and tiles: Including grout lines.
    3. Clean and shine sink and faucet: Remove any soap scum or mineral deposits.
    4. Clean and polish mirrors and glass shower doors.
    5. Clean and organise bathroom cabinets and drawers: Remove any personal items.
    6. Replace shower curtain liner or clean shower curtain.
    7. Empty and clean bathroom trash bin.

  • Bedrooms and Living Areas:

    1. Dust and clean all furniture: Including nightstands, dressers, and coffee tables.
    2. Vacuum carpets and rugs
    3. Vacuum and clean upholstery: Including cushions and underneath furniture.
    4. Clean and wipe down window sills and tracks.
    5. Dust and clean ceiling fans and light fixtures.
    6. Clean and polish any glass surfaces or mirrors.
    7. Clean and dust baseboards and molding.

  • Additional Tasks (as needed):

    1. Clean and sanitise entryways and hallways: Including removing any scuff marks.
    2. Clean and organise laundry room: Including wiping down appliances and shelves.
    3. Clean and organise garage or storage areas if applicable.
    4. Clean exterior of the property: Including porch, patio, or balcony.
    5. Clean windows inside and out if accessible.
    6. Remove any remaining rubbish or debris from the property.

  • Checklist Completion:

    1. Inspect work: Ensure all tasks are completed to the satisfaction of the property manager or landlord.
    2. Take photos: Document the cleanliness of the property as evidence.
    3. Return keys: Ensure keys are returned as per the lease agreement.

  • Notes:

    1. Follow specific instructions: Based on the requirements provided by the property manager or landlord.
    2. Use appropriate cleaning products: Ensure products used are suitable for the surfaces being cleaned.
