  • General Tasks:

    1. Dust all surfaces including shelves, countertops, and furniture.
    2. Vacuum and mop all floors throughout the house.
    3. Clean mirrors and glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning products.
    4. Empty trash bins and replace liners (customer supplied liners).
    5. Dust and wipe down baseboards and reachable vents.
    6. Dust and wipe down light fixtures and ceiling fans (if accessible).

  • Kitchen:

    1. Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplash.
    2. Clean exterior of cabinets and drawers.
    3. Clean and shine sink and fixtures.
    4. Clean exterior of kitchen appliances (microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher).
    5. Wipe down kitchen table and chairs.
    6. Empty and clean microwave (inside) if requested.

  • Bathroom(s):

    1. Clean and disinfect toilet, including base and behind.
    2. Clean and disinfect shower/tub, including tiles and fixtures.
    3. Clean and sanitize sink and countertop.
    4. Clean mirrors and polish chrome fixtures.
    5. Empty trash bin and replace liner (customer supplied liner).
    6. Fold and hang clean towels (if provided).

  • Bedrooms:

    1. Make beds and change linens (if requested).
    2. Dust all furniture including nightstands and dressers.
    3. Vacuum or clean under beds (if accessible).
    4. Organize and straighten up surfaces.

  • Additional Tasks (as needed):

    1. Clean interior windows (if included in service).
    2. Clean inside of oven and refrigerator (if requested and included in service).
    3. Laundry (wash, fold, and put away clothes). If required.
    4. Special attention areas (e.g., pet areas, high traffic zones).

  • Checklist Completion:

    1. Inspect work to ensure quality and completion.
    2. Restock customer provided supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.).
    3. Report any maintenance issues noticed during the clean.
